VBS and Lakeside Service 2009

Last week we had a wonderful VBS!!!! We had 210 kids register with an avg of 175 in attendance each day! We ended the week with our 2nd annual lakeside service and hole hog roast! It was the most wonderful day! We had 400-450 people there, which is almost double our normal Sunday attendance. But the best part was that 39 people were baptized! It was such an amazing day, that I can't even put it all in words. Hopefully a picture is worth a thousand words! :)

The Lake was so cold...

But it didn't take long for both my boys to turn into fish!

John was harder to get out of the water then Andrew was!

My little fish! No matter how cold it was, he LOVED the water.
